Phase III consists of three new buildings. A 91,500 square foot building was completed January 21st, 2019, and is fully leased. A 126,000 square foot building is currently under construction with anticipated completion in December 2019. The third building containing 200,000 square feet is anticipated to start in 2020.

The project currently has more than 1,000,000 square feet of solid concrete tilt wall buildings with concrete driveways and parking areas. The entire site is nicely landscaped and professionally maintained. The newest phase, totaling 417,500 sf when fully built out, will contain: A 91,500 sq. ft. dock high/grade level building. This building was 100% leased before its C/O in December, 2018. A 126,000 dock high/grade level building is scheduled for delivery to tenants in December, 2019. As of September 1st, all but one 9,750 sf bay have signed leases. On the heels of the 126,000 sf building is a 200,000 sf building which is fully approved, including building plans, and ready to start. This building will also be dock high/grade level and boast clear ceiling heights of 35 ft. front and 32 ft. rear. Minimum size bays are 13,000 sf (65x200).
